My name is Hayden and I am your dedicated customer service contact. I am available on 01237 420159 from 9.00am - 5.30pm, except for
Bank Holidays.30/06/11 So we have had reports of people ordering cards and when they return the item they previously ordered is still in their basket. We are looking into this and believe it is a browser issue. Different browsers handle our web site in different ways. Please make sure that when you go to the check out page only the cards you want are in there. Hopefully we will get to the bottom of this very soon and I will put an update here....
Today (03/03/2011) we are experiencing intermittent technical issues at the transaction stage which may cause your order to not go through. This is due to our third party payment processors, SagePay who are working hard on fixing the problem. If you experience this problem we advise you to come back to our website an hour later and try again. You personalised card will remain in your basket so you just need to click on the basket page to complete the order. (03/03/2011)
Last night Sagepay which is our money processing system had a problem and meant we could not accept any transactions between 6pm and 10pm. I think this is due to the Christmas rush! (07/12/10)
Snow Delay - Last week we had one day which the print facility was snowed in - there was litterally 2 foot of snow outside the door and even though the cards were printed and ready to go (our hardy printers made it to work) the Royal Mail let us down and did not pick up the cards. If you are one of the unlucky few whos cards are a little delayed it could be due to the snowy conditions... (06/12/10)
